Hi, My age is 29 and I would not have too much of stress also in my profession but then also whenever I try to avoid my anger in any situations I get angry and frustrated. Can anyone suggest me what should I do.

Before the same situation come next Start writing about you and why You get angry easily. Write in points what all situations makes you angry? Try to be humble and do deep breathing exercises and anulom vilom yoga.
