My age is 56 and bpm shows on FIT-BIT between 90 to 100. Is it normal? My height is 5.7 and weight is 66 kgs. No health issues.

Normal resting heart rate can vary anywhere from 60 beats to 100 beats. Some people who are athletes will have a slower heart rate. Now if you are doing any activity the heart rate might go up. As long as you are not having any health issues and no palpitations or any other issues. You don't have to worry about your heart rate. And please do not go on looking at your heart rate in fit bit, because for some it induces anxiety and you can see the heart rate going up with out any underlying cause.
