Asthma is a variable disease and treatment needs stepping up/down as per assessment of asthma severity. As per GINA quidlines ,a patient should not require nebulization on daily basis, not to talk of 4 times a day, if controlled. If not controlled then better switch to combination of budicort and long acting beta 2 agonist and use nebulization as and when required.
