Dear Doctor, I have a back pain since 5 months and undergo treatment under the advice of Orthopaedician. I have done test for Vitamin D (25 OH) and vitamin B12 so, The deficiency found in these test. So doctor suggested medicine for covering the deficiency. Now pain not ends so He suggested me a MRI of Dorsal Spine. Then in MRI following things identified: Kindly suggest on the same for right posture and what should we eat to increase bone health or our curvature. MRI Dorsal spine findings reveal:- Mild dextroscoliotic deformity of the spine. Thin syrinx/prominent central canal in dorsal cord as described.
