My sister in law's hb level remains7-8. She had taken iron folic acid tabs for 2-3 yrs and has a healthy diet also. But hb level is not coming up.

Try to find out the cause for anaemia by doing a detailed blood investigation like cbc, ps and tibc and bone marrow biopsy if needed. Do an abdominal u/s scan also
