I'm a 40 year old guy, recently since last week I've a blurry vision in my both eyes, I thought it was due to excessive usage of smartphone, however even after reducing the usage of smartphone the vision didn't cleared, also my sugar intake is pretty high because of high sugary diet like ice cream, chocolates and desserts. So am I suffering from diabetes or is this severe issue?

kindly check your blood glucose levels for confirmation. Stop milk products, table sugar and other sugar containing food stuff. do regular brisk walking for 45 mins in the morning. Take small meals at regular intervals. Take chandraprabha vati, 3 tabs, twice a day after meals. Take triphala churna, 1 tsf at bed time every alternate day at bed time. Continue the regime for 3 months. Good luck.
