My 3 year old daughter body temperature is increasing when she is lying (not necessarily sleeping). But when she stands up, temperature is normal. Yesterday she had a bath in swimming pool and the symptoms occurred after that .she is telling throat pain too. What might be the reason of this rising temperature only when lying in bed?
