HI lybrate-user welcome to Lybrate This is a simple sprain in the leg caused by the twisting. You can tie a crepe Bandage especially when you are walking so that the weight of your body will not cause the smaller joints on the foot to further be strained and cause pain on pressure. While resting keep your foot elevated Wishing you speedy recovery.
