Hi Ashish, More clarification will be needed Like whether you feel burning with urination, and frequency of urination. Another clarification is needed whether you are continuously loosing weight or you are just under weight. Pelvic floor muscles weakness is one of the major causes of low urine force that may be overcome by doing strengthening exercises of concern muscles, if you do not have any kind of burning or pain in urination. Similarly if you are only overweight (not loosing weight continuously) then proper dieting schedule and general fitness exercise plan may be solution of your problems. Dr Mukesh Verma

The history you are giving is highly suggestive of obstructive uropathy. The pain below ribs from front to back suggest back pressure and strain on kidneys can be hydrnephrosis a condition in which obstruction in penile part of urethra or due to enlarged prostrate compressing urethra.. or stricture.. constriction in urethra. Body pain and joint pain may be urine infection with reactive arthritis. You need urgent USG whole abdomen with evaluation of prostrate size and post void residual urine volume. Also you need a urine routine microscopy. You can follow up or contact me or any other physician or urologist with above reports.
