My father 63 year old (Diabetic patient) Scrotum USG states that "Mild to moderate free fluid noted in right tunica vaginalis sac with multiple echogenic septae within. Last year he was cured with left testis swelling due to epididymis orchitis. This year the same problem occurred in right testes. My question is Does this fluid can be dried up using any medicine. Please provide your valuable advise we are really concerned and tensed about it. He is taking regular diabetes medicine and urimax 0.4 mg.
