Hi, I am 27 years old. Whole day I feel my head heavy And unable to focus or concentrate on anything. My memory has drastically worsened. I am unable to recognize face and name and sometimes it feels that i am not feeling even the taste/ smell of food, weather. This situation has been since last 3-4 years. Do not know what to do? Even my thyroid is normal. Please suggest me.
