Hi doctor, I did a home pregnancy test today and found that I am pregnant. From yesterday night I am having fever with 100 F ,headache, dryness in mouth. Could you please suggest any medicines that are safe? Also wanted to know if dolo 650 is a safe medicine and I can use this. I am 4 weeks pregnant. Thanks!
