I am 51 and my fasting sugar level is always between 130 to 140. My pp levels is 150 to 160 and random mostly comes out to be about 150 at any point of time. I am taking metformin 500+glimepiride 1 mg OD after breakfast regularly since last 6 months. Hb1ac is 6.4 presently. I am not able to walk much due to nail in right femur. What should I do to lower my fasting levels if necessary.
