Hello sir! Four months ago I had sensation and chest pain and a feeling of panic. I had gone through the ECG And Troponin T check up and the reports were normal. My cardiologist said to me that you normal. And now since yesterday I am experiencing a sweet chest pain (it intensify when I press over the paining part. I have lost my concentration on my study. You are having anxiety. And sometimes there r panic attacks. Its good that you undergo tests to rule out cardiac problem. R you under stress. your condition is complicated by gastralgia. You should do the following-- 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4.
