Hi, I am 22 having diabetes from the age of 19 since I got diagnosed with diabetes I never took care of my health till now its been 3 years m having diabetes my today glucose level was 466 what should I do going through a lot of depression and stress.

Do not worry forget the pastregulate yourself now by starting regular exercise for that you can join a gym also which will help in reducung weight. Take strict diabetic diet. Consult a Physician who will start medicine initially. Monitor your blood sugar and manage the dose of medicines in consultation with Physician.
