What medicine should I take to decrease my sugar level and can I remove my diabetes naturally from my body is it possible or I have to leave with this diabetes for my entire life. Should I take temporary insulin to drop my sugar level? What should I do if I don't take medicine can I know how much I will live how much time I have left to die. So that I can enjoy my rest of my life by forgetting my family which is giving be this much stress that I got diabetes and live it as I wanted it to live.

It seems you are mixing many personal things with the medical problem (diabetes) and getting depressed unnecessarily! Take a break and please learn more about Diabetes from the internet so that there is clarity of thought. Please understand that it is not really a dangerous disease as you think (or imagine!). All you have to do is to go to a doctor for a medical examination (so that you can be physically examined and advised some more tests to assess your overall health ). It is essential that you take the doctors help to diagnose and get it treated appropriately. Never attempt to treat yourself. There is of course a lot of scope to change your health status by simply following healthy lifestyle. (read about lifestyle changes for diabetes people and try to adapt the good habits with sincerity ). Soon you will feel better and will be able to handle it more easily without any mental stress. Always go for regular health check up and do the tests as advised by the doctor. This will ensure that you can lead a very normal life like any other normal person. You can also go for counselling (or talk to someone close to you to resolve all the conflicts in your mind) and learn to handle your thoughts and emotions with a very practical approach. Learn yoga and pranayam (learn it from an expert) which can not only rejuvenate your body but also hormonise the internal organs and help faster recovery. Â

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given, which show you have a serious problem of uncontrolled diabetes. Since it has been there from 19th year, it is possibly Type 1 diabetes. WHich can only be treated by Insulin injections. No other drugs are useful. To confirm whether it is Type 1 or not, certain investigations like C- peptide level and GAD antibodies have to be done. If proper treatment is taken with appropriate drugs (in case of Type 1 - Insulin Injections), plus care is taken to control weight, take restricted diet and do regular exercise, one can live an absolutely normal life. But a modified lifestyle has to be adapted. Therefore, it is essential for you to initiate proper treatment, either with the help of local diabetologist or here online. If you are looking for online help please come in a private conversation with following details: Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, plus details of above mentioned investigations, present dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and BP readings. Then I will be bale to give specific guidance and even prescribe necessary drugs, plus help monitoring. Otherwise please get in touch with a local doctor and initiate the treatment. Delaying is dangerous. I hope you understand. You are too young to be so stressed and disappointed. Life is very important. Take care. If you have any doubts please do come back. Thanks. Â
