I am diabetic patient since 3 years, no tablets since two years. My HBA1C value is 5.8,age -35Y, height-177 cms, weight-77 kgs, gender -male, I regularly walk for 45 min, In Lipid Profile test triglycerides-243, TC-186, HDL-45, LDL-93, VLDL-48. Fatty liver problem is also there. Serum bilirubin total value-1.1 mg/dl. I follow strict diet, I don't eat junk/oily/non veg/milk products. I eat 1/2 cup brown rice (lunch & dinner) ,50 gms oats/4 idly/4 dosa small as breakfast, one small apple and walnuts or ragi/oat cookies as a snack. Please tell me why my try value increasing, how can I lower it.

I have observed that trilycerides are usually high in diabetic patients. Just have a watch on it, maintain ideal weight, exercise regularly and keep your blood sugar controlled.
