What is the present or lates TSH level? Apart from weight gain what other symptoms do you have? ED is unlikely to be due to hypothyroidism. Have checked blood glucose levels? If yes what are the fasting & PP glucose levels? What was your weight when there was no hypothyroidism? Your present BMI is 25.73 kgs/Sq meter (normal < 23 kgs /Sq meter). Do you take a restricted die, that gives exact amount of calories as needed based on your ideal body weight? What is the extent of daily exercise being done daily?
