I have a severe pain in my lower back on the left side of my tailbone. The pain is mostly felt during movement such as while walking or while getting up or sitting down. What should I do?

Seems it's coccydynia avoid constipation- have veg meals, salads, laxatives if needed use ring cushion sit in hot tub (not v hot) for 10 min twice daily pain medication if severe pain increase calcium rich diet. Meet doctor if not getting better take care.
