Dear sir, I am 21 year old I have pain in stomach due to gas. First in my stomach pain and then released gas (acidity) help me what I do?

Hi, correct your foodstyle as. Well lifestyle. Don't take fried, spicy n maida products or any junk foods. Take bland diet esp veg - ghiya tori moon dal n masoor dal. N curd. Take small meals at a time. Do t drink water after meals n in bw meals. Go for a walk empty stomach, do some yoga/ exercises n don't go to sleep just after food. Take homoeopathic constitutional treatment.
