My father is 59. He takes bp, cholesterol, diabetes bronchitis medicines. My mom is 53 and she takes diabetes medicines. Some tabs they take after dinner. Is it safe if they want to take fish oil after dinner with other medicines?

Fish oil contains Omega 3 both DHA and EPA, that are important for preventing and managing heart disease. It can increase the hdl level and reduces blood pressure. It may also support eye health and help protect vision in old age. So YES, your parents can use fish oil after dinner. It's completely safe.
