Hi, From past 30-40 days I am feeling very frustrated, agitated or annoyed on every small thing, not able to concentrate on my work, feeling stressed, lack of sleep and indecisive is the common characteristics I can feel in myself. Please guide me back to get my old attitude and this feeling as I am lost. Please suggest me

Hi Check for any recent stress in work ,home or otherwise. If everything is ok then there is chance for a mild depressive episode. Best is to consult a Clinical Psychologist nearby to clarify it. But try to normalize your activities intentionally by adequate food, sleep exercise and engage in some activity. Be with people whom you are comfortable. Take care .bye.
