Hello I am a married woman of 39 years old. I have period irregularities since I was young. Recently I have not have my period for 4 months and I have done a test and not pregnant. I have abdominal pain since 3 weeks my breast are aching lot and i'm not getting periods. Is it a menopause sign? I have no burning while passing urine and I don't have vaginal infection either. I did an echography since 3 days but no blood inside my uterus everything seems ok. What can be the cause please advise. Thanks.

At the age of 39 there is no chance of menopause and you might have PCOD and need a gynec check up. You need to check your thyroid and blood for anemia.
