I have had bariatric surgery last year and lost a lot of weight. Now I am having a steady weight between 71 - 74 kg but after this I am facing a problem with my skin i.e. It is lagging in certain parts. How can I tighten it?

Hello, After weight loss surgery, many patients lose so much weight that they end up with loose or sagging skin. That?s because when you gain weight, your skin expands around the new mass that your body?s adding. Then, when you lose weight, your skin usually doesn?t have enough elasticity to shrink back down. A Balanced Diet Can Reduce Loose Skin After Weight Loss Surgery ... Getting enough vitamins can also prevent loose skin after bariatric surgery. C, A, E, K. Strengthening and cardio exercises also help.
