Sir my father spinal cord compression at c5 and c6 and did operation in 2016 operation quiet well but after 2 years again problems and mri revels that again compression and my left at c4 and c5 where doctors suggested surgery is needed but mu father age is 63 in this age again surgery painful for us apart from this he is very difficult to walk due to lumbar fusion means mri of LS 1.sir kindly guide us.

From your description did not get what problems your father is having Is it pain or weakness or tingling in hands If there are above problems then you may need surgery but if no then you can give try with nerve block n physiotherapy depending on what are problems Will like to have look at recent n latest Mri reports N also speak to patient.
