I am having a burning sensation while passing urine and an urge to pee. The symptoms started around 2 hours ago. With the limitation of going out right now I have mox500 available right now. I don't want to self medicate so wanted to ask whether I can take the pill or not for immediate relief. Also prescribe me the medicines so that I can start my course from tomorrow.

It is an Antibiotic. And taking one or two will relieve the symptoms may be but it requires that you complete the course of 3-5 days. So take care of that.
