I am 21 year old Male and recently I had pain in the left side of chest (got relieved immediately after PANTOP injection) and dizziness, I got all the tests done, ECG was normal, total cholesterol was 164 and TMT was negative but vitamin D is 3 units (I am taking 60K IU every week for that). I have recently started gaining (15 days back) and lost around 18 kg weight in 3 months (By running and cardio). Sometimes there is dizziness and I feel as if I?ll faint (but have NEVER ever fainted). What is the possibility of having a heart disease, and if not why are these symptoms there?
