First of all you should very much increase intake of water, as kidney stones can be expelled thru urine only. Calcium stones are the most common. They?re often made of calcium oxalate. Eating fewer oxalate-rich foods can reduce your risk of developing this type of stone. High-oxalate foods include: potato chips peanuts chocolate beets spinach For uric acid stone-- avoid animal proteins, such as fish, shellfish, and meats. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results in renal calculi and gives relief in long term please ask for consultation with detailed information so that I can help you better.
