I am a 29 year old male, for the past year or so I have been having weird feelings in my face. I have a lot of pressure in my sinuses and jaw and my teeth feel as though they pulse in time with my heartbeat. My heartbeat can also be seen in my stomach quite strongly. I had ECG last year and heart function was normal.
