Hi, I am male 44. My bp shows. 115/75. My pulse rate is 82. I do not feel uncomfortable while walking. By sometimes I feel slight palpitations in throat. My cholesterol reports are totally normal. Please suggest any medicine to low the heart rate.

You seem to be on 4 medicines. Cholesterol medicine, 2 blood thinners and one BP medicine. You should continue olmisartan, but probably stop others. Other medicines are required after a heart attack. Taking medicines without requirement may be risky. For good health you must eat well, not take multiple medicines. Talk to people who are healthy at ninety about diet, don't trust other ways of staying healthy.
