Hello dr, I am 18 years old. Does masturbation causes pimples and acne. I started masturbating when I was 16, at that time my face was clear no pimple and acne nothing was there, but from the last two year my face has been so bad it is full of pimples acne white heads, black heads. My skin type is oily, so it is caused by masturbating or this is something else. What should I do now?

he pimples are due to hormonal changes associated with your puberty and is not due to masturabtion which is absolutely safe and you can do as many times as you feel . You can take creams for pimples and do steam on face
