Hello I am pavan my weight is 86 kgs and my height 172 cm I want loose 10 kgs. I am working in office my timings is 7.00am to 5.30 pm (including bus time) so I hardly find anytime to do excerice. So please suggest me some tips to shed down my excess weight.
