I am suffering from asthma for 30 years. Now I am of 51 years old. Sometime I use Ayurvedic medicine with regular Pranayam. But now I measure the lungs function, I finds it about 3.00 litre. I do exercise physical my height is 5.50 feet and weight 68 kg. I now regular use one puff in morning aerocort inhaler. Pls.suggest me the proper medication for me and also precautions I must do. You have to you regular medication. Levosolbutamol regular use is not good. You can consult me for your correct prescription of medication.
