I am 32 yrs boy. I suffering from high grade fever and intense occipital headache for last 7 days. Body ache present. Fever came thrice or 4 times in beginning. But now fever comes at late night (3-4am) and intense occipital headache. Consciousness was clear in that time. Please explain me the probable cause?
