I have dry cough, low grade fever and a feeling of uneasiness since past 1 month. I have taken amoxyclav, cefixime and crocin for the same. But there absolutely no improvement. I have been tested negative foralaria, dengue and typhoid. My monocyte and WBC count has increased slightly and haemoglobin has been reduced. Kindly provide your expert opinion for my condition and what I can do.
