Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned it is nerve compression and try to change sitting position which leads to numbness of your feet. Add vitamin B complex caps regularly[Neurobion fort caps]once a day for 60 days. Do take [fish, red meat, eggs, poultry, milk, milk products, and cheese. Soy products and cereals etc] in your day to day diet for natural vitamin B 12. Hope that helps
