I am having listening problem in my left ear. Many type of sounds, like bell sound could not be tolerated by me. Even someone talking close to my ear sounds very harsh to me. Many daily sounds hear very harsh to me. I even visited an ENT specialist who told me that there seems no physical problem in my both ears. Please suggest me some way out or treatment. I could not even enjoy listening music or watching TV which I otherwise want to enjoy. Please help me in getting out of this problem.

I would suggest you to use ear plugs when ever you are exposed to loud sound.

This is the sign of Hyperacusis, intolerance towards little loud or even moderate sounds. If you have already seen an ENT specialist, visit a qualified audiologist for the management.
