Hi doctor, I had my wisdom tooth both upper and lower wisdom tooth removed and they had to put stitches in lower gums as my teeth was deep. After this procedure now I have a lump under my throat. It pains only when I touch or swallow something. What could be the cause amd what is the treatment for this. I am feeling anxiety now. Pls help.
