I started having a pain last night that goes from my genitals back to my anus, up my buttocks and all the way down the back of my leg. It was very painful and achy and sensitive last night so I needed an ice pack. It almost feels like there is something pushing against me from the inside. I get this feeling because I have also been constipated on and off and when I defecate it is painful while pushing down and when it is coming out. The other thing is all of this pain is all on the left side. I was nauseous a few days before this happened but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I have a history of genital herpes so thought that perhaps it was neuropathic pain. But I can't help feeling like there is something pushing against this area. I also found a gum ball sized lump in my cervix at the back. And during my period recently it has become painful to defecate.
