Hi, I started working out again the last week after a pause of 3 months, and think I went to hard out. Because my triceps are now hurting. They are not hurting when they are hanging neutral from the body or bent a little bit more. But when I extend them fully and lock out it hurts and when I bend them more than a 90 degree angle it hurts. It kind of feels like I am trying to extend the triceps longer than what it I capable of. Hope to get an answer Kind regards.
