I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis (sacroiliitis) and have been taking biologics (Infimab) three infusions so far along with Saaz DS 1g tablets daily twice but I still have severe pain in the front lower abdomen where the appendix is and behind near my anus the daily pain lasts for about 3 to 4 hours starts in the morning I need relief from this pain what can I do now also I am tired of popping painkillers daily please help.
