I am losing hearing from left ear at 90 %.Some doctor tell that your hearing pipes are blocked or stop to work. All test are done. Doctor suggested that you can take hearing machine. So, have any solution please tell me.

If all tests are done, your specialist must have told you the solution it can be medication, Surgery or Hearing aids. If you are suggested to get hearing aids, do not delay. So you can save your residual hearing and extra pressure on your normal ear can be prevented. If hearing aids too doesn't help you, go for CROS. Good luck.

As I can understand from your que your hearing sensory organ has problem, share the report if its sensorineural type of hearing loss better without wasting time go for digital programmable hearing aid, as you are so young I will definitely suggest small ric (receiver in the ear) type of hearing aids, least visible with hp (high power) receiver .by the way since how long you have the problem reply with reports.
