Sir I have dizziness problem since 1 year. My age 25 I went hospital then checks bp my bp was 160/90. After that taking ecg was normal. Then doctor tells me take out bp readings in your home for five days. After that taking next day it 150/90. After 140/80. After another day 130/80. And my early morning bp 120/80 mid day 130/80 evening bp 130/80. What is my ideal bp.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your basal BP( morning BP on getting up in the morning) is normal, also BP increases in the later part of the day therefore you are getting a higher reading in the evening - ideally for your age your BP should be 120/80 mm of Hg or lower - if you restrict salt in your diet & do regular exercise it can still fall further.
