Dr. I have been trying to get pregnant one follicle is already ruptured 12 days before after I feel pregnant I have nipple tenderness so much tender to touch and yesterday I very light brown discharge when I woke up not plenty but last only for a hours I thought my period I arrive early that my period is due for 6 days and I have pelvic pain for two days end yesterday today I have no tender breast and discharge is normal will I can not pregnant or did I had early miscarriage.

The best thing to do right now is get blood test beta hcg to confirm pregnancy. It comes positive at the earliest after 12 days of the follicle rupture. If it is positive you can see a gynaecologist for taking suportive medication and if negative then repeat on the expected date.
