Im having pain in my thigh n leg area for da last 3 -4 months .I used 2 go 2 da gym n lifted heavy weights specially when I used 2 do squats n other leg exercise .I used 2 do cardio also specially cycling n running on da treadmill wid a more than 15 to 18 kms/ hr. But from da last 3 months I'm having pain in my leg n my thigh area .im able 2 walk a long distance without any pain but when I cum 2 my room n relax on da bed then I started feeling da pain everyday but when I'm walking thn nothing happens 2 my leg. I used 2 lift heavy during my workout earlier specially when I used 2 do leg exercise specially squats, lunges, machine leg press. So pls suggest me what should I do should I go for a x ray n all?
