My period is 10 days late. Instead of a period I have had white milky discharge no smell no itch. My nausea has died down. My nipples are really sore. My back hurts in the middle. My nausea started two weeks before my missed period. Last week I had some small cramping in my left pelvic area for maybe three days no blood. It was?t painful like cramps. I also have developed some bumps on the brown part of my nipples. What could this possibly be? What should I do?
