I am 52 yes female 4'3 weight 50 kg. Six months ago I was diagnosed with high blood sugar. Taking metformin 500 mg thrice. Fasting sugar is in control since then always below 100 but pp fluctuate between 145 to 190. Then 3 weeks ago I had minor stroke chest pain lasted 1 min then stopped of its own bp shoots to 188/122. I am on medication since then .taking selkon 50 mg in morning bp has dropped by some points in morning and evening it remains 150 /100 only in noon it drops to 135/89. I do yoga every morning also use very less oil in cooking. Then what should b doing this? Also should I continue go for morning walk would it help?
