Sir mujhe ye puchna tha k glucosamine lene se koi side effects to nahi meri knees mai pain hota hai jab exercise karta hau test karweya tha cartilage weak ho giya hai knees k kon sa gulcosamine lo kis brand k lo indian company k hai vo to 800 rups k pass hai jo foreign company k hai jaise now k vo 2500 se 3000 takk hai is k quality mai koi fark hai now k lena ho tu india mai kaha se milega nd gulcosamine sulphate nd gulcosamine HCL mai kiya fark hai or kon sa best hai.
