I have a fragile digestive system and I am gaining since I had food poisoning last time an year ago. I want to improve my digestive system as I am prone to loose motions and specially during the periods. Is there a connection between digestion n periods? Please assist.

No there is no connection. You can do the following to correct your digestion. 1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3.
