Have numbness in my right leg mainly in below fingers area. I have done MRI which suggests that disc desiccation, annual tear with minimal posterocentral & Right Paracentral disc herniation noted in L4-5 Disc level causing mild indentation or right traversing nerve root. And also mild disc bulge noted at L5-S1. Habe tried all exercise and medicines still numbness do not go. Please help.
